Common questions
What areas do you cover?
Anglesey and Gwynedd. Get in touch if you're just outside and we'll let you know.
What does a changeover include?
All bedding stripped and changed, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces cleaned, and floors cleaned throughout. We can restock essentials like soap, tea and coffee if you'd like.
Do you supply linen and towels?
Not at the moment — the property owner provides these.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with us and goes away with us for sanitising afterwards. If you'd rather we used your own products or equipment, just say.
Are ovens and cupboards included?
Not in a standard clean — these are deep-clean work. We can add them to a booked clean: oven from £25, inside cupboards from £25.
What do you need from us?
Access to every area you'd like cleaned, and the property reasonably tidy so we can get to surfaces and floors. Keys or an access code arranged in advance.
How far ahead should we book?
A week's notice is ideal, particularly over summer. Same-day turnarounds between guests are fine when they're booked in.
What if something's broken or missing?
We photograph it, let you know, and price up a replacement so you can charge it to the guest.
How does payment work?
An invoice is sent on the day of the clean. Payment is due by the end of that week — Sunday — whichever day your clean falls on. You're welcome to pay sooner, as long as it's settled by Sunday, by bank transfer.
What if we need to cancel or change the date?
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Inside that, a 50% charge applies — the slot can't usually be filled at short notice.
Are you insured?
Yes — public liability insured, and registered with the ICO for data protection.
